Päivät tuntuu menevän ohi liian nopsaa ja en voi uskoa, että huomenna on jo torstai. Lontoo on ihana ja niin on myös aussi- ja brittikoulutettavat! Maanantai alkoi koulutuspäivällä H&M:n toimistolla ja COS:in pääkonttorilla, joka oli uskomattoman kaunis rakennus SoHo:n nurkilla. Olin ensimmäistä kertaa jännittynyt ennen koulutuksen pitämistä, kun sisustin isoa neuvotteluhuonetta Homen tuotteilla ja postereilla, ison screenin edessä ja kaiken ruokatarjoilun keskellä odottaessani 22 koulutettavaani saapuvaksi paikalle. Onneksi jännitys laukesi heti koulutuksen alettua ja päivä onnistui mahtavasti!
Greetings from London! I've been here for 3 days now and I'm loving it! I love the city and I love my Australian and UK trainees! It has been raining every day, but it hasn't stop us from strolling around in the city. We've been doing regular 9 hours work days here so I haven't seen that many things besides the amazingly beautiful H&M Support office and COS Head office. I even got to keep the most decorated presentation and training ever on Monday on the Support office, when they had brought me Home products and some posters to decorate the huge meeting room with. There we sat, on Eames chairs (<3) with my 22 trainees. For the first time, I felt a bit nervous before the meeting started, since I really felt like a real trainer with my huge screen and all the deco and food that was brought up there. It turned out, that there was no reason to be nervous and everyone was super excited and happy after the training.

Tämä viikko ollaan oltu koulutettavien kanssa Oxford Streetin myymälässä ja ensi viikolla menen kouluttamaan toiseen myymälään. Loppuviikosta käyn vielä tekemässä follow upin kolmanteen Home-osastoon, sekä toteutetaan yhdessä merchin ja yhden maavisualisteista kanssa Homen Ystävänpäivä-ikkuna, kaikkea ihanaa työjuttua siis luvassa! Työpäivien jälkeen illat on kulunut yhdessä hengailuun, mutta SoHo:n ja muun ydinkeskustan lisäksi muuta en ole vielä ehtinytkään nähdä. Kuviakin on ollut vaikea ottaa pimeän tultua, mutta viikonloppu on buukattu täyteen suunnitelmia ja lisää kuvamateriaalia tulee viimeistään silloin. Lauantai illalle on myös suunnitelmia aussien kanssa, tulee varmasti ihan mahtava loppuviikko!
Now I've worked with my trainees in a store in Oxford Street and next week I'll go to another store. I'll also do a follow up round in the third Home store they have here and we will also plan and execute a Home Valentine window in here, so exciting- I don't wanna come back! Otherwise the days has gone by so fast and I've enjoyed all the good company, food, ginger beers, beautiful streets and buildings that London has offered.
Maanantaina sain "surullisia" uutisia, kun kuulin etten pääse osallistumaan Aussien raksalle, koska olen samaan aikaan Vilnassa. Uutisista ollaan jo melkein toivuttu, vaikkakin edelleen harmittaa.Toivotaan kuitenkin, että toiseksi avattavassa myymälässä tarvittaisiin apua ja pääsisin sinne- sen myymälän avajaispäivästä ei kylläkään ole mitään tietoa, joten odottellaan!

I got some "sad" news on Monday and I will not be able to go to Australia to open the first store, cause I'll be in Vilnius at the same time. It hurts even more now, when I've started to get know the guys in here and they have told me all about the building time, city and the store. However, I'm super happy for my two sweethearts, Sofia and Ditte to be able to go there and I hope they will need help with the second store! :D
We have some plans for the weekend with Australians, but I'm sure I'll come back to tell you more about lovely London before that.
